CHECK OUT LIST

  1. Checkout time is 10:00AM.  If you are leaving earlier, please let us know.
  2. If you have time, please leave all dirty bed linens and towels in the laundry room
  3. Load the dishwasher with any used cutlery and crockery and start the wash cycle.
  4. You may leave unopened food and drink items, our housekeeping staff will dispose of these to local churches and charities.
  5. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the provided trash bins.
  6. Ensure all lights and fans, including pool and patio lights are turned off.
  7. The AC thermostats will sense your exit and will automatically set the temperature to the AWAY setting.
  8. Return all TV remotes to their proper rooms.
  9. Make sure all doors and windows are locked.  In this home, there are eight exterior doors (three to the back patio, three to the upstairs balconies, the door to the garage, and the main front door.
  10. Please take a few minutes to complete our guest questionnaire and please add any comments into the comments section of this website
  11. On departing the property have a last-minute check to ensure that you have all your belongings, and please lock the front door.
